I recently replaced my homes 12-year-old air conditioning system. I must have gotten quotes from twenty different local contractors. Since this is a big-ticket item, I became knowledgeable in the marketplace: name brand or an also-ran; heat pump or straight **; single speed fan or variable; etc. I was surprised about the lack of knowledge exhibited by some of the local contractors. Also, it was clear which of them were paid a commission, or got a bonus for getting me to sign the deal on the spot. Few got back to me when I asked questions, or for an alternate configuration! I settled on a 4-ton, Trane brand heat pump. I sent my estimate to the Professional Travel Center for a quote… He (was) very knowledgeable, and suggested I switch to a similar, but less expensive Trane model due to his experience servicing these particular units.  (The) quote was over three thousand dollars less than the best I had received from locals. After we scheduled an installation date; he would text me for information about the physical site. He wanted to ensure that this installation would be successful, e.g., the new equipment would fit in the openings; he’d have all the needed parts on-hand, etc. He and a helper arrived when they were supposed to, and got right to work. From the onset, it was clear that hey knew what they were doing. Unlike other ** installers, his attitude was not Get it done, but Get it done right!, e.g., when he found that my mold-defeating UV lamps were no longer functioning and the transformers had burned out, not only did he obtain a replacement unit, but he cleaned the mold from the duct work on either side of the new air handler.They did a professional job. I got a new heat pump system at a great price; it was installed by people who not only knew what they were doing, but were conscientious as well.

They were extremely patient and helpful as I selected the wood, providing types and manufacturers to consider. Once selected they worked directly with the manufacturer to negotiate a price none of the local flooring chains could come close to meeting. Additionally they brought in a crew that was outstanding to work with. They took their time and effort before installing the floor to ensure they were very clear on how I wanted it laid. Their attention to detail during the install surpassed mine, which is extremely hard to do. My wife and I were extreme satisfied with entire process. Luxe Home & Travel’s project division continues to deliver a 5 star rating on price, service, and the quality of the finished product. Matt as always was amazing to work with.

I co-own a beach house in Mexico and we just installed solar panels on the house. We ordered everything for the solar installation through the Luxe Home & Travel. Our order had many components and was very complicated but the Luxe Home & Travel handled everything wonderfully! Matt specifically was thorough and very detail oriented. He made our very complicated order seamless. We ended up saving several thousand dollars on this project by ordering all the components through Luxe Home & Travel. I would do it again most definitely.
